Blessed Trinity Church on Leroy Street on Buffalo's East Side dates to the 1920s and is famous for its architecture, which is 12th century Lombard-Romanesque. I sketched the church on a cold day last winter from inside a car. The lamppost stood in contrast to the medieval scene but I drew it in because it was there -- I was a reporter for The Buffalo News and I think that's why I love to call things exactly as I see them. Later looking at the picture I realized the lamppost added another cross to the scene.

Keep in mind when you are sending these cards that you are actually sending a gift. This is an original hand-drawn work of art. As a folded card it even creates its own easel!

These cards are 4.25 inches by 5.5 inches and are protected in a crystal clear re-usable plastic box. They are printed on bright white card stock with crisp colors by a professional printer here in Buffalo, and come with your choice of envelope -- Christmas Red, Holly Green, Celestial Blue, or Snowy White. There are 10 cards and envelopes to a pack.

The cards are blank inside for your own personal message. On the back of the card is an “artist’s note” about the scene on the front.
